By accessing or using Prime Garrison (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prime Garrison provides an autonomous AI-powered SEO audit, content strategy, and client reporting platform for agencies. Features include live SEO audits, AI-assisted content generation, keyword tracking, client reporting, and automated workflows.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service.

4. AI & Data Processing

The Service uses third-party AI models (via OpenRouter) to process your prompts and generate content. Data you submit is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not train AI models on your workspace data. You retain all rights to the content you generate.

5. Limitation of Liability

Prime Garrison is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruption.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
